Return Policy

RETURNS
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns unless the product has a defect. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect or damage, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days of receiving the item along with photo evidence of the defect. We do not accept returns, exchanges or swaps if the reason is that the item is too small or too large. We provide full information about our sizing and it is the duty of our customers to take their own measurements before purchasing.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The return must be received by Luxury Factory within 7 days of purchase.
The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
All returns will be subject to a 30% restocking fee per package.
We must be notified before returning any items. Please provide us with your full name, order number and the items you wish to return. Only return a product if it has been approved. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging you received them in.

Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs when returning the item. The total amount of the item will be refunded less a 30% restocking fee. Our customer service team is always here to help you with your concerns.

REFUNDS
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). Upon receipt of the returned item,

Luxury Factory will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price less the 30% restocking fee. Luxury Factory will not issue refunds to customers whose order was not received because the shipping address provided during checkout was incorrect or incomplete, unless the order is deemed undeliverable and returned to Luxury Factory. For orders in the United States, if a package is missing, we will offer a refund or ship a new package. This only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

We understand that you may want to cancel your order after placing it, but please note that due to the time and effort required to process your order, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

EXCHANGE
To exchange an item, please contact us first so we can approve the return. After the return is approved, print your email invoice and send it back to us along with your item. On the invoice, write what you want to exchange. Once we receive it, we will review your case within 48 hours and send you the new product.

Bags have smell?
Leather bags usually have a slightly peculiar smell when new. This is normal and we recommend that you keep your bags in a ventilated place for 3-5 days. Please note that due to the nature of this issue, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for bags that smell of new leather.
